Will accept glass, metal or heavy wall plastic tubes having diameters between 7 to 18mm O.D. such as thermometer wells, gas dispersion tubes, plain stem funnels, etc. Adapters are supplied complete with a Celcon compression cap and Viton o-ring.

Adapter, PTFE, Universal, Inlet, 24/40 Inner Joint. Unique adapter is made entirely of PTFE and is supplied complete with a series of 5 all PTFE ferrule style cones. These cones have inside diameters that run from 3.5 to 6.5mm and seal against the inserted tube by means of a threaded compression screw. Cones are color coded for easy identification. Replacement PTFE cones are available in sets of 5 or individually.
